Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz Lump crab meat
  • 1 clove Minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped green onions (plus extra for garnish)
  • 0.25 tsp Paprika
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Step 3

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese, reserving a small handful of cheddar for topping later.

Step 4

Add in the lump crab meat, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce (if using), lemon juice, chopped green onions, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.

Step 5

Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Step 6

Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese on top for a golden, cheesy crust.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is lightly golden.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with additional chopped green onions if desired.

Step 9

Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
