  • 2 tablespoons Chilli garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour
  • 3 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Oil, for cooking
  • 2 pieces Spring onions, sliced (optional for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, honey, cornflour, and water. Mix well to create a smooth sauce and set aside.

Step 2

Heat a skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the oil.

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped red chillies. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
