Ingredients

  • 1 whole Cantaloupe (or any sweet melon)
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 medium Red chili (finely chopped)
  • 2 whole Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Cut the cantaloupe in half and remove the seeds using a spoon. Slice off the skin and cut the melon into bite-sized cubes. Place the cubes in a large serving bowl.

Finely chop the fresh mint leaves and add to the bowl with the melon.

Step 3

Finely chop the red chili, removing the seeds if you prefer less heat, and add it to the bowl.
