  • 300 g All-purpose Flour
  • 150 ml Water
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 500 g Red Bean Paste or Mung Bean Paste
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 tsp Water for Egg Wash

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine 200g of all-purpose flour, 100g of sugar, 75ml of cooking oil, and 1 tsp of salt.

Gradually add 150ml of water, mixing until a smooth dough forms.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

While the dough rests, divide the red bean paste into 12 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
