Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Whole-grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, whole-grain mustard, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Once the oil is hot, place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.

Step 5

Lower the heat to medium, and pour the honey mustard mixture into the skillet. Stir for about 1 minute to combine and allow the flavors to meld.

Step 6

Return the pork chops to the skillet, spoon some of the sauce over each chop, and cover the skillet with a lid.

Step 7

Let the pork chops cook in the sauce for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Turn the chops halfway through cooking and spoon more sauce over them.

Step 8

Once cooked, remove the chops from the skillet and let them rest for 3 minutes before serving.

Step 9

Optionally, garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving. Serve with your choice of side dishes, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a crisp green salad.
