Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  • 120 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 150 grams Panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, about 1.5 inches in size.

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir to mix evenly.

In a second shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.

In a third shallow dish, add the panko breadcrumbs.
