Ingredients

  • 200 ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 150 g Milk powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 50 g Desiccated coconut

Directions

Step 1

In a non-stick pan, combine the sweetened condensed milk, honey, and butter. Place the pan over low heat and stir continuously until the mixture is warm and smooth, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Remove the pan from heat and gradually sift in the milk powder, stirring well after each addition to create a thick dough-like consistency.

Step 3

Allow the mixture to cool slightly until it is comfortable to handle.

Step 4

Grease your hands lightly with butter, take a small portion of the mixture (about 1 tablespoon), and roll it into a smooth ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Step 5

Place the desiccated coconut onto a plate. Roll each ball in the coconut to coat evenly.

Step 6

Chill the honey milk balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.

Step 7

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
