Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with butter. Set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Once the butter is melted, add the honey and light brown sugar to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture begins to gently bubble, about 2-3 minutes.
