Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 6 cups Baby spinach leaves
  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 0.5 small Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Brush this mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
