Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce

  • 1 unit Red bell pepper
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 unit Carrot
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Green onion
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the cornstarch, then mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 2

While the chicken marinates, thinly slice the red bell pepper and carrot. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. Chop the green onion into small slices, separating the white and green parts.
