  • 0.33 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 unit Egg (for egg wash, optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the warm water and active dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture, honey, melted butter, and milk. Stir well to mix.
