  • 1 cup Warm milk

  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 serving Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (for brushing)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread flour, active dry yeast, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat the warm milk, butter, and honey over low heat until the butter is melted. Let cool until warm to the touch, about 110°F (43°C).
