  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1.5 cups, grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups, shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
