  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid.

Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning, and remove from heat once the popping slows to 1-2 pops per second. Transfer popcorn to a large mixing bowl, ensuring unpopped kernels are discarded.
