  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 500 ml vegetable oil
  • 60 ml honey
  • 56 g butter
  • 12 pieces mini yeast rolls

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into approximately 1.5-inch pieces to create small nuggets.

In a bowl, mix the buttermilk with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
