Ingredients

  • 2 pieces dried red chilies
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

Step 1

Place a clean, dry skillet over medium heat.

Add the coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, and dried red chilies to the pan.
