  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Trim excess fat and silverskin from the pork tenderloin. Pat it dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.

Rub the pork tenderloin with salt and black pepper, then place it in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the pork, reserving the other half for glazing. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for more flavor.
