Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 4 ounces Deli ham
  • 4 ounces Hard salami
  • 4 ounces Provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoncini peppers
  • 0.5 cup Black olives
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the iceberg lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
