  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 6 drops each Food coloring (variety of colors)
  • 4 cups Powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Butter (cold, cubed)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease three 8-inch round cake pans and line the bottom with parchment paper circles.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
