Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 medium Cucumber, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Peel and grate the cucumber using a box grater. Place the grated cucumber in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess water as possible. Set aside.

In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
