Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat or low-fat)
  • 1 scoop Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Fresh berries (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 0.25 cup Chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • 2 tablespoons Dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Line a baking sheet or a shallow baking dish with parchment paper. Ensure it is large enough to spread out the yogurt mixture evenly.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey. Mix thoroughly until smooth and no clumps of protein powder remain.

Step 3

Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula to about 1/4-inch thickness.

Step 4

Evenly distribute the fresh berries, chopped nuts, and dark chocolate chips (if using) over the surface of the yogurt mixture. Press them down gently to ensure they adhere to the yogurt.

Step 5

Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the mixture to set for at least 3 hours, or until completely frozen.

Step 6

Once the yogurt bark is fully frozen, remove it from the freezer and break it into bite-sized pieces.

Step 7

Store the yogurt bark pieces in an airtight container or zip-lock bag in the freezer. Enjoy straight from the freezer as a high-protein snack or dessert!
