  • 250 grams Ground sausage
  • 100 grams Chopped onion
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 150 grams Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Italian herbs

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, whey protein powder, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough begins to form.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
