  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large oven-safe skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the ground turkey and chorizo to the skillet, breaking them apart with a spatula, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
