  • 100 grams cheese, grated (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, then add them to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
