Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Whole wheat mini tortillas

  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, black beans, diced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes. Set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper until well combined. This will be your dressing.
