Ingredients

  • 150 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams protein powder (vanilla or plain)
  • 75 grams butter
  • 75 grams honey
  • 50 grams peanut butter
  • 1 medium (mashed) banana
  • 20 grams chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 50 grams dried cranberries (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line an 8x8 inch baking tin with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add in the honey and peanut butter, stirring until smooth and fully combined.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the mashed banana, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Step 4

Add the rolled oats, protein powder, and chia seeds to the saucepan. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 5

If using, fold in the dried cranberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
