Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 150 grams Mixed salad greens
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 75 grams Feta cheese
  • 50 grams Kalamata olives

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 2-inch chunks and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

In another bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.

Pour the marinade over the chicken and stir well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours for more flavor.
