  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0 sour cream, for topping (optional)
  • 0 shredded cheese, for topping (optional)
  • 0 chopped cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
