Ingredients

  • 60 grams Whey protein isolate powder
  • 100 grams All-purpose flour
  • 7 grams Baking powder
  • 1 gram Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 60 grams Unsweetened apple sauce
  • 120 grams Greek yogurt
  • 60 grams Honey
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract
  • 90 grams Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 60 ml Milk
  • 120 grams Powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a donut pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large bowl, sift together the whey protein isolate, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, unsweetened apple sauce, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing gently just until combined. Avoid over-mixing.

Gently fold in half of the Fruity Pebbles cereal, reserving the other half for topping.
