Ingredients

  • 100 grams Whole wheat flour
  • 50 grams Protein powder (chocolate flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 30 grams Cocoa powder
  • 150 grams Greek yogurt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 60 grams Dark chocolate chips
  • 50 grams Peanut butter
  • 40 grams Chopped almonds
  • 100 grams Fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix well.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, egg, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth dough forms.

Step 5

Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Shape it into a round base about 1/4-inch thick.

Step 6

Sprinkle dark chocolate chips evenly over the top.

Step 7

Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm and the chocolate chips are melted.

Step 8

While baking, prepare the toppings. Gently melt the peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler until smooth.

Step 9

Once the pizza is removed from the oven, drizzle the melted peanut butter over the top.

Step 10

Scatter chopped almonds evenly over the pizza.

Step 11

Wash and slice the fresh strawberries, then arrange them on top of the pizza.

Step 12

Drizzle honey over the entire pizza for added sweetness.

Step 13

Cut into slices and serve warm.
