  • 120 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 2 pieces Large eggs
  • 250 milliliters Milk
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder, flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until evenly combined.

Step 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, gently stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

Step 4

Preheat the bubble waffle maker. Once hot, lightly spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 5

Pour approximately half a cup of the batter into the center of the waffle maker. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, ensuring it's in all the bubbles.

Step 6

Close the lid and cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the waffle is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 7

Carefully remove the waffle from the maker and repeat the process with the remaining batter.

Step 8

Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as fresh fruits, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
