Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 units Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh chives, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Add the spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until wilted. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Once cooled, squeeze out excess water from the spinach and roughly chop it. Set aside.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or whisk to combine until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, dill, chives, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly distributed.

Step 6

Add the chopped spinach to the bowl and gently fold it in. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Step 7

Transfer the dip to a serving dish, garnish with additional fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately. Alternatively, refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld together.

Step 8

Serve with crackers, sliced baguette, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.
