Ingredients

  • 1 large English cucumber
  • 225 grams Cream cheese
  • 60 grams Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh chives
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 12 pieces Fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cucumber. Use a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to cut it into 12 even slices, approximately 1/4 inch thick. Lay the slices flat on a serving tray.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Beat with a hand mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy.

Finely chop the fresh dill, parsley, and chives, and stir them into the cream cheese mixture.
