  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare a breading station with three shallow bowls: In the first bowl, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. In the second bowl, whisk together the eggs and water. In the third bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, and garlic powder.
