Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 6 leaves fresh basil leaves

  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the ripe tomatoes thoroughly and remove the stems. Cut them into quarters.

Peel the garlic clove and roughly chop it.

In a blender or food processor, add the quartered tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, fresh basil leaves, and parsley.
