Ingredients

  • 1 whole Garlic bulb
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the top off the garlic bulb, exposing the cloves inside. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the garlic bulb, wrap it in aluminum foil, and roast in the oven for 35–40 minutes, or until the cloves are soft and golden.

Allow the roasted garlic to cool slightly, then squeeze the softened cloves out of the bulb into a small bowl.
