Soft, golden, and bursting with flavor, Herb and Cheese Crescents are a deliciously easy appetizer or snack that’s perfect for any occasion. Made with flaky refrigerated crescent roll dough, these buttery bites are stuffed with a savory blend of melted mozzarella, Parmesan, and aromatic fresh herbs like parsley, thyme, and rosemary. Finished with a touch of garlic powder and brushed with melted butter for a golden, flavorful crust, these crescents bake to perfection in just 12 minutes. Whether you're entertaining guests or looking for a quick family treat, these herbaceous, cheesy crescents are sure to impress. Enjoy them warm for the ultimate gooey, melty bite!
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 individual triangles along the perforated lines.
In a small bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place about 1 tablespoon of the cheese and herb mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Spread the mixture slightly, leaving space at the edges.
Starting at the wide end, roll up each triangle, tucking the sides lightly as you go to seal in the filling. Place the rolls tip-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with the melted butter to give them a golden and flavorful finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crescents are golden brown and puffed.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving. These are best enjoyed warm and gooey.
