  • 4 quarts water
  • 1 tbsp salt (for pasta water)

Directions

Step 1

Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water.

Add the angel hair pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions (usually 4-6 minutes) until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.
