  • 1 teaspoon Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pancetta and cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute. Remove the skillet from heat.
