  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set the pasta aside.

Step 2
