  • 1 lb Thinly sliced roast beef

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the yellow onion into thin strips.

Step 3

In a skillet, melt the butter and add the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
