  • 1 medium Avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup Cabbage (thinly shredded)
  • 1 small Carrot (julienned or shredded)
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 medium Lime (zested and juiced)
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt (low-fat)
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
