  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 8 Skewers

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, chickpea flour, chopped red onion, minced garlic, parsley, and mint.

Add the spices: ground cumin, ground coriander, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly using your hands until well combined.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice to the mixture, ensuring it's evenly distributed throughout the turkey mixture.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
