Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Whole wheat English muffins
  • 4 large Egg whites
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Split and lightly toast the whole wheat English muffins in a toaster until golden brown.

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil cooking spray.
