Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 200 grams Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Mint leaves
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 1 head Lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to prepare the marinade.

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and ensure they are well coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
