  • 1 Red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 Bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
  • 120 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 8 Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and chopped cilantro to create a marinade.
