  • 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to high heat or a grill pan over high heat on your stove.

Husk the corn and remove all silk. Brush each ear of corn lightly with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking and promote even charring.
