  • 1 cup Pitted dates

  • 0.25 cup Skim milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the almond milk, applesauce, egg, honey, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
