  • 2 pieces Skinless chicken breast

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken: season the chicken breasts with half of the salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
