  • 1 large head romaine lettuce
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 large avocado
  • 0.5 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 400 gram can black beans
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, crumbling the beef with a spatula as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes.
